PIRRA Learning ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you register your interest in PIRRA, we collect:

• your full name;
• your school name;
• your school email address;
• your role (optional);
• whether you have agreed to receive marketing communications; and
• the date of your registration and how you found our website (for example, a campaign link).

We do not collect information about students, and we do not ask you to create an account.

Why we collect it

• to keep you informed about PIRRA's development and 2027 launch;
• to share early access opportunities and launch offers, if you have opted in;
• to understand which schools and regions are interested in PIRRA; and
• to improve our website and communications.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails if you tick the opt-in box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Storage, security and disclosure

Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, and access is restricted to authorised team members. We may use a trusted email service provider (such as Mailchimp) to send updates; these providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand visits and registrations in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
